Gaelic football is an important part of life at Holy Family Primary School. We proudly field boys’ and girls’ teams, giving pupils the opportunity to develop their skills and enjoy the excitement of competitive sport.

We have a strong partnership with our local club, Doire Colmcille, and regularly attend tournaments and events at Páirc Colmcille. Our teams have achieved great success, progressing to the city and county finals held at Celtic Park and Owenbeg.

Our tradition of promoting Gaelic games continues beyond primary school, with past pupils representing Doire at underage level. This proud connection inspires our current players and strengthens our commitment to promoting Gaelic games as part of our school culture.
